Even though I prefer the coaching model, there are situations that a straight forward consulting approach it the best solution. I always suggest that if you are looking for a traditional restaurant consulting service, please do get a coaching package included so your project has protection against the backslide that happens to many.
That being said, here are some projects that might be better as a Restaurant Consulting Project:
Opening a Restaurant – consultation on brand and market feasibility
Re-Branding an Existing Restaurant – market analysis and positioning of restaurant back into current market
Menu Design & Engineering – please take a look at my website The Menu Engineer for packages. (coming soon)
Restaurant Consulting Rates:
Please note that there are cheaper restaurant consultants and more expensive consultants on the market. You truly get what you pay for. My services are based on the fact that I get results and I stack the odds in your favor.
